In the first month of autumn, thenordicmark Kft. will also be represented at the Construction Expo in Cegléd and at the Buildings and Monuments conference. The public will be able to gain an insight into our wide range of products through presentations and product demonstrations.

The Cegléd Construction Expo, an exhibition which promoting and showcasing construction professions, will be hosted by the SzC Bem József Technical and Vocational School of Cegléd. Interactive programmes will allow visitors not only to learn about the features of our selected products, but also to try them out at our stand.

Representatives from thenordicmark Kft. will be attending one more event later this month. The Buildings and Monuments (Renovation, Design, Construction, Energy Efficiency) conference will take place for the 13th time. The conference will present materials for construction and renovation, case studies of the latest technologies, as well as the failures that have occurred in the past and the possibilities for their repair. As in the previous years, the Hungarian Chamber of Architects (Historic Preservation and Restoration Section), the Department of Building Materials and Building Construction and the Department of Residential Building Design of the Budapest University of Technology (BME) and the Insulation Section of the University of Szeged have been invited to act as professional patrons of the conference. At the venue provided by the Millenium Hotel in Budapest, the industry will be able to listen to a presentation on Caparol Coating Systems for New Construction, Renovation and Conservation of Historic Buildings by our Project Division Manager.

As the number of sunshine hours increases, we try to spend more and more time in our gardens, which we want to keep tidy and clean. We can weed, paint and clean up old, overgrown surfaces, whether it's the gaps between paving slabs or our fences. Often these areas can become infested with algae, moss and mould. However, it is important what materials we use, especially for cleaning products. Strong chemicals, which are hazardous to both health and the green environment, are best avoided.

What is Biocomb?

The Swedish BioComb range is designed with the environmental aspects in mind. The biodegradable product removes contaminants from most surfaces by electrolysis. The active ingredients change the electrical charge of the cells, which are then separated from the problematic area. The Biocomb Cleaner for Mossy Surfaces effectively but gently removes unwanted dirt from the paved parts of the garden or the crevices in a carport enclosure. 3 in 1 (Removes - Cleans - Prevents) can be used both indoors and outdoors on all wood, brick, concrete, stone, plaster and textile surfaces. It also contains an anti-corrosion agent to ensure the protection of the treated wood surface.

 

How to use ?

Apply the Biocomb Cleaner for Mossy Surfaces to the surface using a sprayer, brush, roller, sponge or brush. The BioComb Cleaner for Mossy Surfaces concentrate should be diluted 1:3 with water, a more concentrated mixture may be used for heavier soiling. 1 litre of BioComb Cleaner for Mossy Surfaces concentrate will give 4 litres of solution (1 part concentrate + 3 parts water), which is sufficient to treat approximately 20 m² of surface. After application, the growths will die within a few hours, after which the surface should be washed. Before applying the solution, it is advisable to clean off the larger dirt particles that easily come off. The preventive effect of the solution lasts for a long time. The product is biodegradable and has no harmful effects on the environment.

BioComb Cleaner for Mossy Surfaces

Apart from dead microbe colonies, the surface of your choice will be cleaned of other types of dirt. Self-cleaning, but also washable. Prevents the formation of new deposits for up to years. BioComb products, free of toxic substances, provide long-lasting protection against the formation of new growths and their use saves time and money.

Our series of trainings was launched again in July, and we can happily say that all events that make part of the series were fruitful and successful experiences. While the highlight during this summer was on Maston aerosols and Caparol decorative solutions, we have prepared many more exciting themes for the upcoming events, such as façade coatings, wood protection and asthma- and allergy friends wall paints.
